Student Teaching (Spring 1993 )- I taught a freshman class of 26 students
at the introductory level of woodworking at
Teaching Observation (Fall 1992 )- Participated in 45 hours of
observation under Master Teachers Michael Baggot and Paul Kinsey at Ferndale
Union High School and Eureka High School, respectively.
Student Teaching/Lab Assistant (Fall 1989, Fall 1990, Fall 1991)-
Assisted as an instructional aide in wood technology, computer-aided drafting,
and metals technology classes at Humboldt State University,
Summer Youth Program Coordinator (Summer 1985) - Organized and
implemented summer program for teenaged children. Program organized through
Grace Episcopal Church,
Beginning Ceramics Instructor (Fall 1982) - Taught a seminar in
Ceramics, 20 hours of instruction, Colorado Mountain College Adult Education
Program, Granby, CO.

Boat Builder (1984-87, 1990-93) Rybovich & Sons Boat Works / Spencer
Boat CO. West Palm Beach, FL and Cloudburst Fishing, Eureka, CA. Professional
in the use of plastics and composite materials, wood & fiberglass
construction, pattern & mold making and custom metal fabrication.
Cabinet Maker (1987-89)- Finnigan & Thonson Woodworks,
Carpenter (1981-83) -J D Construction CO. Experienced in all phases of
house construction including framing, electrical, plumbing, concrete work and
finish carpentry.
