IS YOUR INFORMATION CURRENT?
Often times a child becomes ill or injured at school and when we try to contact parents we discover phone numbers are disconnected, that business is no longer a place of parental employment, or the emergency contact person has moved away. If you have changed employment, phone numbers (home, cell, work), or emergency contact persons, please be sure to update that information in the school office. You may make any changes necessary the most convenient way for you—a phone call, a visit to the office or send a note with your child. On behalf of your child, thank you for keeping your contact information current!
Hazardous Weather Plan
In the event there is weather in the district which could cause hazardous driving conditions, the following procedure will be followed:
The superintendent or her designee will be responsible for calling the "plan" into effect.
Once the plan is announced, there will be a two-hour delay in the school starting time. This will allow us time to determine the extent of the situation and decide if school will be canceled or have school with a two-hour delay.
In the event school is to be held, a decision will be made to have limited bus service or full bus service.
Limited bus service will consist of District buses traveling certain roads and not others. In the event of limited bus service, it will be announced which routes will be effected.
Limited Routes
SOUTH OF TOWN
Lower Ho Reservation Road (hill to ocean at the Hoh Village) Kallman Rd. Routes affected are 11-A-1, 19-A-1, 11-P-1 and 19-P-1
